Mushrooms oats
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 6 cups mushrooms
- salt
- pepper
- 3 cups vegetable stock
- 4 tbsp oats
Intructions:
Lightly fry the onion with the oil until golden and add mushrooms. Cook about 7mins, add salt and pepper and stir frequently. Put together mushrooms and half of the stock in a mixer until it becomes creamy. Add the other half of stock and mix well. Put the mushrooms mixture in a casserole and bring to boil; after that, add the oats and cook for 10mins. Serve hot.
